Ntobeko Mogadime is the Social Investment Manager for Shell South Africa focusing on

creating and implementing a country social investment strategy for Shell including Downstream

and Upstream businesses. She joined Shell in September 2006 during which time she has

performed various roles in Finance supporting business and the Supply Chain , supporting

Sales before deciding to branch into social investment division. Prior to joining Shell, Ntobeko

worked for Unilever SA in various finance roles and also completed her auditing articles at RSM

Betty & Dickson. Ntobeko has an Honours Degree in Accounting obtained from UKZN and a

Social Entrepreneurship Certificate obtained from GIBS in 2013.
