The VIA Programme is a road safety educational programme designed by road safety and educational experts; VIA takes an innovative approach to learning, focusing on the value of life and teaching safe traffic behaviour through active, emotional, and creative methods.
Impacting knowledge, attitudes, and practice, the VIA Learning Materials include detailed manuals, factsheets, worksheets, games, videos, and quizzes. VIA provides four learning modules related to the didactic steps of feeling, knowing and activating, creating, and implementing.
The Proposed Intervention-VIA Project

Impacting knowledge, attitudes, and practice, the VIA Learning Materials include detailed manuals, factsheets, worksheets, games, videos, and quizzes. VIA provides 4 learning modules related to the didactic steps of feeling, knowing and activating, creating, and implementing.
The modules are divided into teaching units, each with content filling about 50 minutes, comprising an engaging mix of different activities. With interchangeable more VIA than activity 50 options available, the programme is flexible enough to be tailored to suit the needs of educators and young people everywhere.
VIA Project
The project is an educational project to promote and educate the Learners about the importance of road safety. Stakeholders will select the project schools and will be managed by Road Safety Partnership SA (formerly known as GRSP SA).
